This is to help keep me focused on getting and staying in shape. Due to the effects of my Cerebral Palsy, age, weight, etc. I continue to have more and more back and leg pains. At this rate, I will be in a wheel chair within a couple of years. This blog is help me record what therapies, exercises, diets etc can keep me away from a wheel chair as long as possible.
I'm at Lake Powell this week so I won't be posting. I brought a book with me to read. I know I'm only on page one but so far this "50 Shades of Gray" book is pretty boring.
